After 24 hours, all bookings are non-refundable. No-Show If you fail to show up for your scheduled photoshoot, your booking amount will be converted into a credit valid for 1 year, allowing you to reschedule a future session. A $100 rebooking fee will apply when rescheduling. Late Arrival If you arrive 1 hour late, a $100 late fee will be charged. If the makeup artist’s session extends beyond the scheduled photoshoot start time and causes a delay, an additional $100 per hour fee will apply for the impact on the shooting time. If you arrive more than 1 hour late, the session may need to be rescheduled. Rebooking Fee A $100 rebooking fee applies for any rescheduled session, except in cases of severe weather conditions that may affect the photoshoot. Note: The late arrival fee is separate from this rebooking fee. Credit Policy If you need to reschedule, your booking amount will be credited toward a future photoshoot within 1 year. Note: Severe weather conditions—such as heavy rain or natural disasters—are the only exceptions to the rebooking fee. This policy is subject to change without notice. By booking with USA Flying Dress, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this cancellation policy. Miscellaneous By booking a photoshoot with USA Flying Dress: You are responsible for arranging and paying for your own transportation for non-V.I.P. packages. You are responsible for paying any entry fees required by venues in the USA where the photoshoot may take place. You grant us the right to use any images or videos from the photoshoot for commercial purposes, including marketing and advertising. We reserve the right to edit and retouch images or videos as needed. You agree to release and hold harmless USA Flying Dress and its owners, operators, and employees from any claims or liabilities arising from the photoshoot or the use of images or videos.
